Practicing kindness and compassion is essential to living in alignment with love and promote well-being and longevity. When we open our hearts in kindness or compassion, anxiety and depression cannot coexist in the same space and thus dissipates. It also helps us withhold judgment, remain non-reactive and experience situations from a spiritually elevated perspective.
